OR Support Services Assistant

This position will work 0830-1700 5 days a week and take weekend call (12 hours) every 4 weeks.

Responsible for transporting patients to and from surgery and cleaning operating rooms between and after surgical cases. Assists with environmental maintenance of the operating room and with the handling of surgical supplies. This position will also help put up surgical supplies and assist the Materials Manager in the OR. Performs technical patient care as delegated by licensed staff and performs other duties as required, including running errands to other departments. 

• High school Diploma or equivalent required
• One (1) year experience in comparable position preferred
