Key Responsibilities for the role:

  • The Risk Management Coordinator is responsible for assisting the System Director or Risk
    Management in the day to day functions of the program, including managing the property
    leases from start to finish, handling Certificates of Insurance (COI), property claims, and patient
    personal belongings claims. 
  • This coordinator will be the key holder for all leased property and ensure that the property is
    being used based on the lease agreement.
  • Regular visits to the property will be mandatory to ensure compliance with the lease agreement.
  • Management of multiple projects with deadlines is vital.

Key Requirements for the role:

  • Experience with real estate leases and insurance is preferred.
  • Computer skills with today’s applications, (ex: excel, oracle, google, and word) is necessary.
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking and problem resolution skills are imperative.
  • Excellent professional and effective communication (oral and written) are required.
  • Timely follow through and tracking of deadlines and/or lease renewals will be essential to the success
    in this position.
  • Professional business attire will be necessary when meeting with leasing agents
    and prospective tenants.
