Position Details:

• Full-Time: 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
• Shifts: Nights, 7 PM to 7 AM
• Shift Differential
• Student Loan Contribution: Up to $20,000
• Sign-On Bonus

Unit Overview:

• Capacity: 29 beds
• Patient-to-Nurse Ratio: 4:1
• Focus: Critical care step-down from ICU, including cardiac, neuro, and high-acuity patients
• Ideal For: RNs looking to specialize in ICU or Trauma care

Employment Requirements:

• Successful completion of drug screening
• Background check

Education & Certification:

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required; BSN preferred
• Licensure: Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Indiana
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS within 12 months of hire
