Physical Therapist

Full Time Dayshift: 7:00am-5:00pm

 

As a Physical Therapist, at Santa Rosa Medical Center, you’ll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. Requirements: 

  • Graduation from a Physical Therapy program
  • Physical Therapist License issued by the State of Florida
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification 

About the Job:

  • Provide comprehensive evaluations and testing, physical therapy treatments and education to patients with  observed abnormalities in accordance with State Regulations and departmental policies.
  • Plans, develops and implements a result-oriented treatment plan responsive to the individualized needs of the patient and includes clear, measurable goals. Modifies the treatment plan according to the patient's responses.
  • Communicates regularly with members of the patient care team, the patient, family members and others involved with the patient's care.
  • Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.
