Job Description

Directs the Northwest Medical Center Diagnostic Imaging Department's operations. Supervises new testing procedures and related protocol. Regulates the maintenance of departmental facilities, supplies, equipment, and material in a manner to promote health, comfort, and efficiency. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 

Education

Required: Bachelors, Radiography or related

Experience

Required: 5 years leadership; 10 years imaging

Licenses/Certifications

Required: Nationally recognized certification as required by profession in area of radiology expertise;
American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) BLS certification; CRT license from State of AZ Medical Radiological Technology Board of Examiners (MRTBE).
