RN Circulator - Sign on Bonus!

AllianceHealth Durant is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable RN to join our Surgery Services team as a Circulator. Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as an intermediary between operating room staff and other hospital departments to ensure seamless communication
• Ensure the operating room is sterile and safe for each patient
• Work with scrub nurses to maintain a sterile field in the operating room
• Prepare patients and operating room setup before surgical procedures
• Assess and monitor the patient’s condition before and during surgery to support optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and follow a comprehensive care plan
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and physical stamina, as this role requires the ability to handle long shifts

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Oklahoma or Multistate Compact
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
