Job Description

Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT)
Evenings/Rotating weekends (64 hrs)

Education and license requirements:

  • Graduate of AMA approved school of respiratory care
  • Licensed by the State of Pennsylvania
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Experience and skill set requirement:

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in all phases of respiratory care
  • Effective and clear verbal/written communication
  • Ability to teach/instruct in a team oriented environment 
  • Manual and finger dexterity/ mechanically inclined

About the Job:

  • Our respiratory therapists are responsible for ensuring that cardiovascular/ respiratory care is rendered to patients in accordance with the NBRC and hospital standards.
  • They provide consultation, instruction and technical direction to other staff members as needed.
