Operates related laboratory apparatus as well as physiological pressure monitoring systems. Prepares written documentation as required by the profession and the department, regarding individualized treatment plans, evaluation results, and progress reports. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Associate's degree or equivalent. Also may require completion of a certificate in health technology or scientific instrumentation in electrocardiography. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
