Summary
Member of the Field Services Support team providing support for a 24/7 operation. Performs user support functions and supplemental project work during appointed shifts. Creates and ensures standards (SOP) are adhered to and documented so as to standardize support. Should also be prepared to respond to a constantly changing list of priorities with the intent to carry each task to completion. This person must be team and customer service oriented.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education: High School Diploma
Preferred Education: An Associate’s Degree or higher in an IT related field or equivalent experience
Required Experience: 2+ experience supporting Active Directory for end-users
Preferred Experience: 4+ years of experience troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including network, PC, software, and servers
