Assessment Referral Coord

Responsible for conducting mental health assessments, communicating with psychiatrists in determining level of care needed, facilitating admissions and referrals to and from other agencies, conducting pre-certifications and utilization reviews, and fostering positive relationships with all referral sources.  Master’s degree in a human services field. . Minimum one year experience in mental health setting. High level of observation and communications skills required. Must have or be working toward full licensure
