The Manager is a front line manager designated as the leader for the department, its patient population and assigned staff.  She/he has twenty-four hour accountability for all patient care activities, department operation and staff function. The Manager is also responsible for the organization, planning, direction, administration, and evaluation of services in areas of responsibility.  Will assist in the lab during cases as needed.

Graduate of an accredited Professional School of Nursing or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist.  Bachelor of Science degree preferred.

Three (3) years experience in Cardiovascular Services/Cath Lab

One (1) years Supervisory experience

RN license to practice in Pennsylvania; and/or RCIS

Current BLS and current ACLS certification must be completed by end of orientation period
