Schedule: Fri-Sun 7P-7:30A, Nights

Requirements:

• Requires graduation from an accredited MT program.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Medical Technology or Sciences, required.  ASCP certification, preferred.
• Licenses: Active Florida Medical Technologist licensure in Chemistry, Hematology, Serology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology.
• One (1) year experience in a generalist role, but will consider newly licensed graduates with Bachelor's Degree and ASCP.

About the job:

• Performs manual and automated routine blood tests.
• Prepares specimens for microscope examination.
• Operates laboratory equipment including centrifuges, dry bath incubators, and blood bank refrigerators.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
