Maintenance Engineer III

Maintains, repairs, installs, removes, designs, starts/stops all related equipment in the facility including boiler room, heating and cooling equipment.

Three to five years’ experience in a commercial setting; preferably hospital.  Specific knowledge of repair and operational procedures for a wide variety of hospital equipment. Basic skills in the use of electric and portable power tools.
