MRI Technologist PRN

Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited program or college/university (required)
• ARRT Certification (required)
• ARRT MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) (required)

Responsibilities:

• Performs routine scanning procedures for the MRI unit. 
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during procedures.  
• Ensures a high quality of images produced.  
• Responsible for availability and sterility of supplies used for assigned areas.  

*** May be cross-trained in other specialties.  

*** The technologist may be part of the on call pool.

**The MRI Technologist may be required to cover inpatient or outpatient areas to include off site diagnostic locations.
