About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Physical Therapist, where you'll make a meaningful impact on patient care! In this PRN position, you will:

• Evaluate and Assess: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver Therapy Services: Implement therapy services as outlined in treatment plans, helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Supervise Support Staff: Oversee the work of physical therapy assistants, aides, and athletic trainers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Utilize Your Expertise: Rely on your experience and clinical judgment to adapt treatment approaches and reach patient objectives creatively.
• Perform a Variety of Tasks: Engage in diverse responsibilities that enhance patient recovery and overall wellness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Current state certification as a physical therapist.
• Familiarity with standard practices and procedures in physical therapy.
