Pharmacy Tech II Certified - Part Time

Key responsibilities include:

• Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, will assist in the preparation and distribution of medications and maintaining the drug inventory;
• May be expected to perform some clerical duties relating to the department;
• Receives and stores incoming supplies.
• Verifies stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of others.
• Typically reports to a manager or supervisor.

Key requirements:

• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy technician registration
• National pharmacy technician certification (PTCB, ExCPT, etc.) 
• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmacy field or in a related area  
• Position is for roughly 20 hours a week including every other weekend.
