Shift: Variable 

Job Summary: The Clinic Biller is responsible for billing insurance claims to the appropriate payer, precertification's/authorizations and charge entry for all office charges as well as assisting with hospital charges.  The Clinic Biller is also responsible for completing timely and accurate billing following payer guidelines. 

Qualifications: 

Education: High school graduate or equivalent as well as formalized computer training and college course work is preferred.

Experience: At least twelve (12) months prior healthcare billing experience is required. Job will require multi-tasking between front desk, precertification's/authorizations and charge entry for all office charges and assist with hospital and surgery charges..

Licenses/Certifications: BLS preferred.
